Option 11 release 19.40B help

I have gotten from Nortel an executable 19.40B file to load for a customer who has corrupt data they advised to use the PCMCIA card programmer tool to format my PCMCIA card and let the tool automatically add the software from my specified directory. When I try this I get a permission error - has anyone ever done this with the tool?

Which version of the tool are you using and what OS in on your PC?

you can get a copy of card pro 9 from my site but use it only for formatting the card. Must be 32 MB card for release 19 I don't know if a 64 mb will work but definately nothing larger than a 64.

Copy the executable to the card and then run the .exe and it will expand then remove the .exe and load into the switch.
