Hoping for help here.

Switch is a Nortel Option 11

Does anyone know if a faulty NTDK70AB- ac/dc psu
Could be replaced with a NTAK04AB-ac/dc psu ???

Yes, it should be OK, but make sure that you check out the dip switches on top of the power unit are set the same. Also, I think that there is a hidden switch below the metal grill close to the dip switches that might need to be moved!.
