Option 11 PRI 1

I've got an Opt11 that I have programed a PRI for interfacing to a BCM50. The span is not comming up, anyone know how this should be programmed?

First off you need to decide where the problem is. Do you have a red alarm? If so then the problem is in the carrier i.e. T1 framing or physical wiring.

There are 2 parts to a T1

1. (consider this portion the ditch) is the physical portion and that is the carrier like ESF/B8ZS or what ever your framing happens to be. This needs to match at both ends.

2. This is the conduits in the ditch and you have 24 of them. What you put in the conduits is up to you DTI or PRI and must be programmed accordingly.

Without the first part or the ditch being completed then the 2nd part will never work no matter how many times you change the programming or try to bounce the circuit. You can't put conduits in the ditch before you dig it.
