We have a Option 11 Succession with 4.5 software that has one PRI and one Tie T1 back to another Option. They are using TMDI cards, Every morning this week we have had to disable the DCH and loop b/c all channels are disabled. When we re enable the loops they set right back up and the d channel establishes. When I do a LCNT on each loop I do not have any slips or lof. Is there anywhere I could go to try and see what is happening. Monday it was both loops, Tuesday it was only loop one, Wends it was loop two and today is was both loops.

have you pulled the history file from the PBX to see if anything is leading up to the failure?

I'm sorry this doesn't help any, but this week I've seen an abnormal amount of DCH problems.

In each case, its been the telco who has had to resolve.

AT&T is my providing LEC here, but the DCH of mine that failed this week was a Verizon circuit riding AT&T's hardware to my facility.

Just as an FYI: I have seen older versions of Opt 11's that if they do the midnight routines when one or more cct is down, when they come to do the back up they will always "remember" it as being down. I have no real technical explaination for this and lots of reasons why this should not be so, but the fix was to do a back up once all circuits were up and running correctly. Also make sure you set the circuits up to auto establish if they do go down.

Have you looked at the TTY output to see if there are any Error codes? They will give us a clue.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

Also in the TRSH make sure BIPC and LFAC are set to 0.

Looks like adding LD 60 to the midnight routine has fixed the issue, support said that according to the hist logs they were being shut down after the midnight routines.

If the trouble occurs during midnight routines, make sure ATLP is set to 0.
LD 60
ATLP 0
If ATLP is set to 1, it may cause your failure during midnight routines.

In the morning do a LD 60 LCNT to see if you have had any problems. if the counter's have inceremented there is something wrong.
