Option 11 PRI DCH Issue

Today we were working on adding a 2nd PRI T1 to our Option 11 SW23.3 Our Original DCH was on MSDL 10 CDNO 1. We wanted to just add the new T1 and use the existing DCH, the Tech outted the DCH and we are no longer able to add it back as CDNO 1, it will allow us to use CDNO 4, but we cannot get the MSDL nor DCH to come in service. Has anyone run ito this?

dis msdl 10 all enl msdl 10 fdl.. even after you out a d the msdl keeps that code until it drops and gets a new download. once that is done, you should be able to rebuild.. you do not usually have to out a d to add additional pri's

John thanks for the response. We ended up finding that we have software corruption a know issue with Nortel on our SW release, here is the solution ID:1.0.8847912.2825998. We were able to move the original PRI to slot 4 and bring it up. We are investigating further steps we can take to correct the problem.
