option 11 names not appearing

when you call the room from the attendant console the names are not correct.

Ok, not sure what you mean but I'm gonna try. Do you mean that when the users call the switch baord and visa versa the names are not correct? if so, check cls for cnda nama cnia.

You have something off on your PMS System. It might need to be reset or looked at. The PBX is not getting the updates correctly.

This is a hotel/motel?

are you entering names on a gac term? if so when you control ncos for ld access is that working? sounds like the link (aml) may be down
