We have an Meridian Option 11 with Meridian Mail Release version MM13.12.1. We have one user who cannot get into his voice mail with his password. It worked fine up to 6/1/03, then on 6/2/03 he could not get in. The message "Login incorrect, please contact your administrator for assistance" comes on. I went into his mail box from the terminal to change the password to something different, saved it but nothing change for him to get his voice mail. I don't know where to go from here.
