Option 11 Maintenance

My boss has asked me to go to a site with him to look at an Option 11. I have never work on one. He said he wants to look it over and see if he wants to put it on a maintenance contract. Where do I begin. I don't want to go with him and look like a total idiot. Half an idiot is okay. Any suggestions

Software the same as the larger switches. Line cards are also the same - Digital line card, Analog line card, Universal trunk card.

The different cards are the proccesser - SSC in the main cabinate slot 0. T1 cards will be either DTI/PRI cards or TMDI.

I always print the following info -
