Option 11 INI help identifying cause 1

Could someone help me make sense of this. Our Option 11 INIed yesterday for no apparent reason. Fortunately this is at a remote location and no one even notice. But I want to make sure it does not happen again. My vendor is aware of the issue but they may take a while to look into this as it is not down at the moment.

Not positive on this given the vendors response, but it seems to me that is the standard INI fault code following a power reset/sysload. If it's power, then at least you can work on reducing the chances of it occurring again. Someone else may be more familiar that I.

Just talked to the vendor. He went and investigated. He could not find a reason but suspected power. Maybe our UPS is failing. Fortunately we are doing renovations at that location and part of that involves a large UPS for the whole IT room.
