Option 11 Guest Admin. Console

I am working on an Option 11 where the small PMS card NTAK18
went bad. The Meridian Mail 12 will not boot up with this card plugged in. Everything seems to work fine without this card plugged in except for the Guest Admin. Console that I am told by the hotel personnel is only used to log in the mailbxes during check-in. Is there another way to log in these mailboxes or will the PMS card have to be replaced?
