I have an opt 11 with 3 cabinets. The 2nd cabinet keeps going down, it has power but all the cards are red and you can't enable them. If I power down all the cabinets, reseat the SSC and fiber receiver card, then power up, it comes back up, but might go back down in a couple days. The SSC card has a 2 port and single port fiber sender card, 2nd cabinet plugged into the 1st port on the 2 port and 3rd cabinet plugged into the single port. If I replace the 2 port fiber sender card, the fiber receiver card, and the fiber, would there be anything else that I would need to look at?
Thanks. The 3rd cabinet always stays up.

Its most likely the fiber daughter board on the SSC, but the "shot gun" approach if you have all the parts should take care of it.

Thanks, I probably would just replace one thing at a time but it's a outpatient surgery center and they are getting tired of the phones going down, but it's good to know to check the daughter board if it happens again. Thanks for your reply.

Kind of a crap shoot on this one, could be fiber cable, fiber receiver, fiber daughter board or the power supply. Or, it very well could be a card in that cabinet taking the whole thing down. More than likely one of the fiber parts though.
