Hello all, we were able to dial 411 in the past but somehow when a user tried it today, nothing, just dead silence. This also happens with 866 area code

Which load do I check it with?

What do I need to do to fix this?

Thank you all,

Richard

If you know how to stat your NARS AND BARS this could be where you might need to re add them. (nc1 or nc2) If this is office wide or just on a set. If its on just one phone set it could be just a class of service under TGAR or NCOS. Hope this helps

Hi CRDFormeyrs, thanks for the reply. It is office wide. It there a load command that will let me see what area code I am able to dial, ie. 800/888, etc.

Thanks,

Richard

This will tell you what route it takes, usually 0
and if there is any DMI. If there is a DMI listed prt
that to see what it is sending out. 411 cost $1.95 per
call here, so I convert 411 to 18004116387 as this is free you just need to listen to a 10 sec AD.

Hi ALL,
Our system is designed with OPT 11C at all sites and linked using ITG Trunks for internal calls. We would like to add another location to this VoIP service but are seeking a low cost soln (non OPT 11), i hereby beg suggestions on a direction.

Hi guys, 411 RLI is showing as a 1 and the 800 RLI is showing as 12, how do I go about changing the 411 RLI to 12?

Thank you all,

Richard

look for the route and frl, that route may or may not accept 411 calls, not all providers do.. the frl sets the restriction level
