Option 11 CID issue

We recently switched from traditional T1 connecton to ATT IPFLEX trunk, fiber to a Cisco routher then a T1 Wic to our ADC then to the Switch.
since this transition CID has went wacky and sometimes displays 8006-26-860 OR 8006-24-860 and i have no idea what this means.
Also we get calls that come in on the console like XXX-XXX-XXXX then right underneath another number XXX-XXX-XXXX CFWD both numbers are external numbers, what does that mean?
any help would be appreciated
