I have a Option 11c Succession 3.0 and a Centigram 6.1B VM...I have the SL1 integration on the VM. I have 4- 2616's with MCA attached to the detection ports on the centigram. I have 4 analog ports into the VM and all the TN's (Dig and analog) in the same RNG (10). I have Pick-UP AND DN Pick-up allowed on all the sets/ports. My problem is the VM does not see the calls. Phones just ring, then forward to next set, ring, forward...etc. Am I missing something in the Centigram programming...Does it matter if the pilot number in the centigram does not match the DN of the ports (A or D)
Looking for places to start...My first Option/Centigram setup.

My Centigram is hooked to the switch through a 2616 ACD queue.

The mailbox number must match the DN - the "Mailbox extension number" is the DN where the Centigram sends the MWI and can be different than the mailbox number. The "Attendant extension number" is the 0-out DN. MWI#1 tells the Centigram what type of MWI to use, in this case type #27 is Nortel InChannel. Here's the programming for my mailbox.

In the Centigram the FCOS (Feature COS) for my "normal" sets is this:
Code:
        FCOS: Standard : 30
001 002 003 004 005 006 007 015 018 019 020 021 022 023 024 025 026 027 028 029

061 066 070 071 072 073 074 075 076 077 078 081 082 083 084 085 086 087 088 094
095 096 098 110 124 126 127
On the users' phones I set HUNT and FDN to the voicemail DN's ACD queue. The Centigram uses the forwarded number to connect to the proper mailbox, then sends the MWI signal to the extension indicated.

Hope this helps.
