I have an ACD groups on an option 11. ACDN 6920.
When I look in LD 20 at the DN it shows the members listed as such

Type ACDN
ACID 5921 TN 014 0 00 09
ACID 5948 TN 023 0 00 15
etc.

7 members total.
I was able to change the PRI level on the TN in LD 23 and was wondering if I have to change this order as well. Is this a Hunt list or is it just a member list not indicating any particular order?

The order for this list should be based on login ID, nothing more. I assume if you post the entire member list, 5921 is the smallest number of the 7 member login ID's.

Hope this helps,

Scott M.

It does help, Thanks.

How do you go about editing this or is it automatic once you assign a new member

Editing it would be on the ACD set themselves. You would need to remove the ACD set and rebuild it with a new POS ID.

NEVER do and easy change on an ACD set. Some will say it works, but I have seen systems fall to their knees with the corrupt data this can cause.

BTW, I should have said POS(position) ID, not login ID in my earlier post. That is what the list you see is.

acd is not quite the same as a hunt group.. all agents log in when they are ready to take calls.. the oldest call, or the 1st call goes to the agent that has been logged in the longest and idle.. at the end of a shift each member will have been on the phone for almost the same number of minutes..
the PRI level on the TN in LD 23
that is a misconception.. ld 23 has no tn's and does not ref pri's at all... maxp prompt sets the max number of acd agents,, i usually set it 30 percent or so above my expection of agents.. setting that number to any number does not cause problems and does not require software lic or tn's... if i plan on 60 agents max, i set maxp 90.. saves changes later.. to build an acd set add agn to class and key 0 acd 0 xxxx 5zzz with x the acd dn and z a unique number for position id.. then add the same keys as your other agents nrd msb etc.. do not copy or change an acd set, out it and put it back in..
