option 11 25.30 software corupt software

i have a option 11 25.30 software (enhanced business)

it will bring up the phones and cos but i cant talk to the switch after being up.

i reloaded the software(via keycodes) and have the same thing any other options i can do

but i cant access this option 11

There are three SDI ports, none of these are working with your terminal?
