OptimumVoice Phone Service

So...we started with POTS lines, then moved to T-1 for quality...and now just switched to OptimumVoice (Cable) service (10 lines), which presents 'POTS' lines to the Altigen system. Voice Quality is great...and saving a bundle!

But...I'm having trouble getting 'Transmitted CID' info to pass. altigen supports it, and OptimumVoice says it should work...but it is not working yet. Any thoughts out there?
