optical module for DASL ??

Is there a way (or possible ) of connecting ELU28 individuals towards an optical module instead of e.g. pair 300 cables when transporting individuals to a patchpanel somewhere else in the building ?

Or is the only solution to implement IP phones ?

Put one more LIM at that building and link them up with PCM link via fiber modem.
