Optera Metro 3500 Arp Cache

Does anyone know how long the 3500's arp cache timeout is or a way to clear it?
I replaced my timeserver (same IP, different MAC), and now the Optera won't get the TOD. I'd rather NOT reset the shelf or network processors.
