Opt11 Reception wont go to Gen_Del M.Box

Succession 3.0 with Mini Call Pilot
Main DID 6200 ACD NCFW to 7700 (7700 8-Channel CP ACD Agent Group)
Attendent DN 5200
General Delivery Mail-box 1000 Ext. 5200
PROBLEM:Caller dials main number 6200 gets the Main Greeting and presses 0. (zero) If Operator does NOT answer, the call goes back to main greeting.

If caller dials any other ext. 6254 th call goes to the 6254 Mail-box.
The problem seem only with the operator.
Any suggestions?
