Opt 81C no voice call on one IPE shelf digital sets only

Hi

One one ipe shelf which includes digital sets users are complaining that when they make calls randomly they can't her each other with the correspondant and they disconnect the call.If they move these digital sets from one ipe shelf to another ipe shelf they work fine.
Could it be superloop card? xpe card?
No error are displayed on output terminal.
no errors in history file.

Any ideas??

Do you have FIJI (Fibre) if so it maywell be a RING 0 or 1 problem but you would usually get FIJI Alarms

I would look at taking the NET/SuperLoop down along with Controller card, reseat NET/SuperLoop card then re-enable both

LD 32
DISL (Disable Loop)
DSXP x (Controller Number)

Reseat NET/Superloop

ENLL (Enable Loop)
ENXP x

Check cable and connections from NET/Superloop to Back of IPEShelf

If it were me I would start with replacing the controller card on the IPE shelf. since there are no errors you are stuck replacing parts until it fixes the problem.
