Opt 81c - how to split / parallel reload

Can anyone point me at doc for the correct procedure for split'g and doing a parallel reload on an option 81c?

Depending on the Call Processors in the 81C system Splitting and Reloading will be somewhat different; I have 3 NTP’s that deal with Large System Upgrade Procedures.

So start with that set of NTP’s and happy reading.

If you go to section 555-3021-258 Parallel Reload Procrdures it will bring you through step by step. Just preform this after hours as in the past the the odds of it completeing with out a problem is 50/50 so you may need to do a full sys-load if your system locks up. as alway preform a EDD and test and switch CPU before starting.

Hmmm... some docs describe procedures involving flipping switches & pressing buttons on the CP & CNI cards, while other docs talk about doing it completely in software from load 135 / 137.

I'm not sure which is the correct way...
