Opt 81c Buffer

when I do a stat buf in LD 117 it says

CDR DIS
TRF ENL
STN DIS
Storage space is 100.0% full
Not Connected

The system is not where I am and I was trying to figure how to download the CDR to my desktop. I know that the system has a buffer with an IP address but do not know the IP address or how to access the file?
Any help would be appreciated.

You need to have OTM or TM etc and enable the data buffering and Access facility. The IP address would be the machine that the OTM / TM is installed on.
