OPT. 81 getting bug266

I have an OPT81C upgraded to 4.5 w callpilot and I am getting bug 266 errors. Any one have a suggestion or solution. Here is what I am getting.

ACTIVECR points to a call register that is in the IDLE queue.

you've got a bad call register./. the 1st two tn's i translated

.conv 9aa2

=>  152 1 08 10

.conv 9984

=>  152 0 01 24

point to the 152, if they all point to those two ipe's, look at that group

I have been thrown into this with little experience. Can you tell me how you translated that to get the tns and where to go to look at the groups ect. I appreciate you help!

The 2nd line of the message seems to contain TN info. I checked the cdr and found that a call was placed or received by the DN associated with the TN on that line. ETAS has been in there but ruled that it was not a service affecting issue so the ticket was closed. ETAS also verified that the proper patches are installed. Guess I will have to wait for 5.5 for a fix.

I have seen a few patches on 4.5 for bug266 you might want to look into it.
