Opt 51 system message SRPT 4627

Got these system messages on an opt 51, SRPT 4627 and 4605 IO problem for KC 0, and internal format error. Any worries about these? Thanks

I've looked at a few reports on the error codes that you have listed and it looks as if they all refer to the dual processors. As yours is an old Option 51, the problem might be due to your floppy disk causing them. Perhaps you have a spare floppy disk that you can try out?.
