OK We I'm looking at your basic 24 channel T-1 for local in/out calls. They are getting reports of intermittent disconnects on both received/placed calls. I have worked with local T-1 provider and have found no problems. They put a piece of in-line test gear on the circuit for 48 hours and although we had disconnected calls during this time period - there were no errors coming from the T-1 side or the switch side. I have rolled the T-1 card and the CSU and there was no change. Any ideas? Maybe a Nortel Product Bulletin you could point me toward - I am coming up with nothing!
