OPT 11C, H IN FRONT OF AN EXT. 3

When my users call from the Opt 11 to 61c there is an H in front each ext. Example H3155 or H3156. How can I take this off?

I can't wait to hear the answer for this. I have the exact same problem on my tieline. I never had it before until we took out the AT&T T1 tieline and put in an MCI T1 tieline.

do you just get the h when you call mcdn? (mail) if you get it any other time, then get the patch and load it

When I call one of my far ends via the tie-line, the far end sees H1234. When far end calls me I see H5678.
