Is there a way that I can calculate the number of calls that are dialled out of my switch and what channels they are using. Also is it possible to measure the max amount of channels being used at peak periods. I have 90 ch's of ISDN and don't think we need this many. I don't want to buy a call logger but if there is a way to output the data or if there is free call logging software on the internet can someone let me know?

Thanks

The two basic principles of Windows system administration:
For minor problems, reboot
For major problems, reinstall

Log in to Nortel's website and find NTP 553-3001-450. That will give you the traffic report formats and how to set them up/print them in LD 2. The company I work for also offers traffic studies through many of our vendors (listed on the website). It's very cost-effective, especially upon eliminating trunks. (shameless plug, I know)
