Once the Music route and its trunk are programmed and Music source is connected to the PBX, test the MOH by dialing the route access code from a set with TGAR of zero.
Now assign the MOH route to other incoming and/or outgoing routes. The prompts you need are MUS - say YES & MRT - 'your MOH route number'. You can also turn on MOH for set to set calls placed on hold by entering YES to the MUS prompt and the MOH route number at MUSR in LD 15, FTR Gateopener.
