opt 11 meridian mail

cannot get m2008 to answer vm. rco set to (1) ,hunt set to 6000 (vmdn) this is a new sta that i copied from an existing sta from ld 11. mailbox is enabled. class of service=forward no answer allowed.thanks steve

Do you have other types of phone in the system that is working fine? Would you mean you only encounter problem with M2008 an not with the other type of phone?

Have you got both HUNT and FDN set to 6000, you only mention HUNT, which only takes effect if set is busy. Also CLS should be both HTA and FNA, you only mention FNA.

How many rings is that RCO setting?

What MossEng said, plus make sure you have CLS = MWA so that little red light comes on when you have a voice mail.
