OPT.11---FIBER EXPANSION DOWN..!!

I have a site with a opt.11 (r-25.30)that has a exp.cabinet thatis in another bldg & connected with the sites own fiber.(data works fine on the fiber)(exp cab=#2)
The expansion cabinet is down-all cards red-cpu=ssc-ntdk20fa
The main cpu=ssc-ntdk20ca.
Both ssc's have fiber daughter nttk01aa.
On the main ssc-(main cabinet)port 2 for the expansion in remote bldg is red.
The other 2 expansions with the main work fine.
If you stat fil 2 in ld 135 it says unequipped.Loops in the expansion #2 check ok.Phones don't idu.
I changed out the daughter board & no luck.
If there was a problem with the fiber connection-wouldn't the main ssc/daughter board still transmitt signal?
And why would it show as un-equipped when stating?
Bad SSC?
Bad fiber patch from ssc to liu??(no signal when un-plugged)

Any ideas??

try swapping cables with a working cab to rule bad patch cords out.

that could be a ssc but have you tested the fiber? i want to say that if you remove that cable, it shows un-equipped.. a true fiber shows not connected on the xpe and you get a red then yellow alarm for an open fiber
