Opt 11 (CS1000) SRPT4622 Security Device on Core Side 0 is missing. 201i wont talk to pbx

I have a Opt 11C cabinet with a CP-MGS and a Call Pilot 201i in slot 9.
The Call Pilot Harddrive crashed the other day and I have installed a replacement 201i and re-imaged the drive, loaded keycodes, patches, etc and got it up and running however, the 201i refuses to talk to the CP and thus the 8-ports on the call pilot stay in a red alarm.

The programing, elan, clan and acd phones (2008) for slot 9 are all fine, nothing changed on the pbx, just the call pilot.

Today, after a full day yesterday of trying to reboot the pbx, call pilot and getting nowhere I walk into these errors below. Any thoughts????

Can you log in to the switch??? I don't think you can. you will have to power off the switch & check the dongle is located correctly

Remember if it doesn't work hit it harder

This will sound like a silly question, but did you swap over the security dongle from the failed Call Pilot system. This looks like a silver battery.

I've known engineers run into problems on the bigger switches and they send the old failed CPU back for repair with the dongle still attached.
