When copying more than one TN, what do I need to enter at the follow prompt:
SFMT:

Not sure what it's asking for if anything?
Thanks,
Tony

at the sfmt enter one of the following:

TNDN (this meens you will enter all the TNs and DNs for each set)

TN (You enter the TNs for each set and only the first DN. The system will then assign the rest of the DNs in numeric order.)

DN (You enter the first TN and the system enters the rest in TN order, you enter all the DNs)

Auto (you enter the first TN and DN, the system enters the rest in TN and numeric order)

So I would just enter for example: 4 0 6 11, 4323,
4 0 5 10, 4327

or do you enter in all TNs followed by the list of DNs?
How are the numbers separated?

Sorry for the misunderstanding. You enter "TNDN" or "TN" or "DN" or "AUTO" for the prompt SFMT. Don't enter the physical port assignment or ext number until the system prompts you with DN: or TN:

Hope this helps - you can also refer to the book - LD 10 or 11 under definitions for SFMT.

What is the sequence of commands to copy a phone from 1 location to another (then change the dn to reflect a new extension).

The phone that i'd like to copy can serve as a template for additional sets.
