Opt 11 and Opt 81c tied together

I have a general question. we have an Opt 81c in one city and an Opt 11 in another, The 81 has Genesys ACD routing and Nortel IVR. I would like to know if we can connect the Opt 11 to the Opt 81c via T-1s and have ACD agents located at the Opt 11 logged in and receive calls?
I know this is over simplified and allot more is involved but figure I would start with a very basic question and expand on that.

The simple answer is no, you cant do that. The Opt. 11 would have to have it's own Genesys and IVR. You could put IP sets at the Opt. 11 site and have them register to the Option 81.
