I am running OPS mngr 7.4 together with Ent mngr 3.0

When using the Macs forms (changes) the form doesn't show the users vm, in other words the vm portion is blank as if the users doesn't have voicemail, but it's an existing user that does have voicemail.

running 3300 version 7.0.9.5

any ideas??

Just tick VM box ans Save. When prompthed click "Don't overwrite". Method is good if you've got small number of users.

used that method on a few but the site has over a 1000 users..any other ideas?

uuuu, Install MS Access to OPS Manager host, link tables from MySQL database through ODBC driver. Run query which will populate VM related info based on directory information.

Just as I suspected, it can't be done...thanks anyway

There is command line MySQL client which comes with the package. You can use it to issue queries to the database.

There is no magic.

Opsman will only see the mailbox if the mailbox was created with Opsman the same is true for login usernames. That is why there is the new option of overwrite the mailbox as prior you would get an error saying it already existed but ops could not see it.

I have the same problem with EM 3.1 and OPS 7.5

I'be tried to use TASMAC..unsuccessful :-(

Now, it's about French users too !!!

Confirmed with tech support this is an issue. DPAR raised and it's actually a DCR...

no we have to wait......
