OPS Manager Help

Hi,

I am installing OPS Manager for the first time. I received the USB dongle and trying to get it licensed. Who do I send the number on the dongle to? I have tried the AMC but they just say refer to product support. I am assuming this is Mitel UK.

Also any good product docs that you can recommend. I have copies of the online docs under MOL, Product Documentation.

What version?

For 6.9 all you need to do is enter the OPS Activation Key during install, and of course make sure the dongle is plugged in. That's it, that's all.

7.x may be different, I don't know yet, guess I should grab the tech handbook and see.
 
Just read the 7.whatever on MOL, install is the same. Only time you need to get to the AMC is for Enterprise Manager and the new NuPoint 9, as well as the old SME server/Teleworker. As you can see, more & more products are moving to the AMC licensing scheme, and I believe 3300 release 6 will be too.
 
MitelTech is right, you should have gotten the dongle "key" on the MOSS/option sheet with the software & dongle when you bought OpsMan.

Likely "Product Support" may not be able to help you. I believe you need to call Customer Support, In the US it's 1-800-796-4835

I did get the dongle from Mitel in the UK (Product Support).
All I now need to do is install this beast :)
 
Has anyone ever used version 7 of OPS Man to integrate with Exchange 5.5 db?
