Ops Manager error

I've just upgraded our enterprise manager server up to 4.0.4.1 and ops 7.6.4.2. Although when I'm trying to open users up in ops man I'm getting an error 'MAC_GetSourceAndWF'.

Any ideas what may be causing it?
 
I had an error initially at that software load an the Mitel engineers had to write a patch. I can't remember the specific error but i couldn't do any changes to phones.

I think I'm going to fully rebuild the server tonight then go back to Mitel any problems. Just wondered if it was a common issue.

Yeah, I did that too.

If it is the same as my issue, windows security updates were responsible for blocking some stuff.

Did you do any windows updates?

Yes I always apply all windows updates.
 
Have you tried rebooting the server? I get the same error on the same version occasionally, a simple server reboot usually takes care of it.
 
Yes tried a few reboots with no joy :-(
 
Ouch. Try doing a "repair" installation of OpsMan, sounds like the MAC workform is corrupted, a repair install should fix it while keeping the existing data intact. This is done by going in via Control Panel to "Add/Remove Programs", and instead of "Uninstall", select "Modify". Then just follow the prompts.

The above probabley would have worked. Although to be on the safe side I've fully re-installed.
