Ops manager asking for password

I am having difficulty getting into ops manager after upgrading from 7.4 to 7.5.

all of a sudden I am prompted for a password when launching ops from enterprise manager. This never use to be the case. it's worth mentioning that it's a java screen that pops up..

It worked well the first couple of times after the upgrade but I'm unable to get back in again...

any help is appreciated.

When logging into Ent. Mgr. are you using the DNS or the IP address of the Ent. Mgr. Sever

most likely there's a mismatch in the username/password between the client machine and the EMan/OpsMan server. I'm guessing the EMan/OpsMan server isn't a member of the domain that the client machine is logged in to, and the logins were just manually duplicated to make things easier.
