Opportunity in India

I've posted this already but if there are any techs in India, Delhi to be specific, I would like to discuss an opportunity with you. We are setting up a call centre there and would like a tech presence that I can deal with.

Anyone?

I have also tried to expand many IPO sites there with out any luck. Even if you find a reliable tech you will have to deal with the local PSTN issues that will age you by 25 years.

Shitty... but actually what i need is someone to install IP phones and get a stable enough connection for voice calls back to Canada. That's where my IPO will be, not there. Just a small call centre. But thanks for preparing me for eventualities.

I have an ADSL network that I want to connect to an office in Delhi with... well, as large a pipe possible. T3 perhaps if i can find it there.
