I'm submitting orders to an Aloha terminal (Radiant hardware) via the COM interface, and every time I close a check, the OPOS drawer pops open! I don't want to change the BOH settings for this, as it would affect all terminals. Instead, I wanted to know if anyone knows where I can get a plug for the radiant head so that it thinks that the cash drawer is always attached. Right now, we have to unplug it.

I think you have to change some thing on BOH
If the drawer opens when orders within Aloha are sent to printer try:-
Setting the number of beeps on the BOH printer to 0
Check or uncheck Kitchen flag on printer setting
Use drawer 2 port and set software drawer on port 2.
Else change program not to send pulse codes to open drawer.
You may have to contact printer manufact for info about this.
