OPOS Cash drawers

Is there anyway to use a serial port on a radiant terminal to fire a cash drawer? I have already used the printer fire port and have a radiant cash drawer with an rj45 port on it. Was wondering if I can make a cable that will work in this situation? If so what would the pinout be?

Why not add a second drawer to the printer. All you would need is a 2 line spliter. In Aloha list the drawer as drawer 2 on the same printer.
