OPOS Arabic Printing using Bixolon Printer

Hello Guys,

We are using Simphony Cloud, and the configuration is all set to print the Arabic Language.
I tested the Arabic Printing using the Epson Printer on the IDN interface.

Now I added a Bixolon Printer and added the OPOS driver to support Arabic Characters. When I print the codepage 984ARA it displays the Arabic characters in the test print.
However, when I try to print a receipt in Simphony, I receive "??????????????" characters on the receipt.

Any advice? Thanks.
