Hi,
We have the following on the MAILBOX INFORMATION REPORT from the CALLPILOT MANAGER.
708 SUB Emerg,Support
OPN/RNPHONE 94167772222
OPN/RNPHONE 94166663333
OPN/RNSTATUS Active START 5:00 pm STOP 9:00 am
As I understand between between 5:00 PM and 9:00 AM, when there's a new message on Mailbox the phone 4167772222 should be notified.
I am not sure how the notification will work (ie phone 41672222 will ring or received SMS).
I also left a message on mailbox 708 at 8:00 PM but somehow there's no notification on 4167772222.
Please help in figuring this out.
Please help also on how to change the OPN/RNPHONE to a different number.
Im not that familiar with this system.
