Anyone ever used/heard of Rapid Rank or IOMart?

The main key phrase supplied by you is the "building block" of the web page that we create for you [...]

The key phrases are repeated throughout the web page but are not visible to visitors, just to Search Engines.

That means they're either in <meta> tags, which engines ignore, or hidden by some spammy technique which engines might accept, but might penalise you for instead.

To resubmit your web site to the search engines every 48 hours for the period of your service contract

This used (allegedly) to be worthwhile. Now it's pretty pointless, and may get you penalised by some engines.

They offer a "premium" service to submit your site to Google - which is something you can do yourself for free, and isn't really necessary at all once you've got a few links in place.

I don't like that they don't state prices for their SEO services (but they're likely to be high if they're anything like their hosting charges). Save your money and do it yourself!

I tend to agree and have had an "interesting" conversation with them in the past.
It's always good to get other people's opinions too though.

I've just had a phone conversation with one of their reps.

Got some interesting info that I don't want to post here.
Incidentally their prices are...
£199 one off payment (for life)
then £14.99 in "Search engine charges" each month.
