Opinions of MS CRM Integration and future plans

What opinions do people have of the MS CRM integration module? Is it worth it or are there better options. Will it work with IP Office 4.1 and MS CRM 4.0 or is it a dead product? I'm looking for great integration between IP Office and CRM including the ability for the system to auto-learn new numbers.

What I have seen of it, it works well. As for v4 of CRM, Microsoft hasn't even rolled out the launch events as yet as I doubt Avaya have looked at it in any detail. You might see something in the next major release but who knows?
