This one has been hanging around for about months, I finally got the OK to put live.

I have a few opinions about the site myself, but for now this is how it is going to be. I'm interested in hearing what you chaps say.

The only thing that I don't like is the fading from green to white (both on the left menu and the buttons on the right) as they fad into the page colour. Rather than white, a lighter shade of green would make it easier to view.

However, if I can only come up with one thing that I dislike, it must mean I like the site and a job well done!

Hi

Seeing your perfect sites just makes me depressed. Again.

The only thing I could mention, is the news box : the image says "Our Mission", the alt attribute is "Latest News" and is marked as [tt]h1[/tt], although I think is not worthy for heading level 1.

Pretty slick as ever, Pete.

Not sure about the gradient fill on the left menu, looks somehow a little less polished than the rest of the site. Maybe use a more solid colour with that leafy flowery thing in silhouette. Might cause legibility problems though. Perhaps also make the menu text bigger/bolder? It's a bit weedy compared with the rest of the text on the page.

If those little logo things in the bottom left are important, you should perhaps give each of them a title attribute to say what they are. The one on the left is totally illegible.

You've missed out the second L in Faithfull in the <title> elements.

Who is/was Lillian Faithfull anyway? I suggest they put something on the "About Us" page to answer that question.

Good points there. I tend to agree with you on the menu. I need to mock something up to prove the point.

You won't believe how many times I spelt Lilian Faithfull incorrectly... you spelt it wrong too, but mainly because it was completely wrong in the title! Thanks. Good catch.
I've just run through the whole site and corrected the spelling throughout. It appears in alt attributes and meta tags too.

The accreditation logos do need to be broken up it's on my todo list. I agree they are very small!

Excellent job Foamcow - the site looks very professional.

My only dislike is the left-hand navigation gradient. As mentioned above, I think it's the fact that it blends into the background colour.

It might just be me, but the navigation seems a bit confusing. I think it's because there's both horizontal and vertical navigation and it's not immediately obvious to me what the vertical navigation represents. Personally, I'd prefer it if "Introduction" was renamed to "Our Homes" or "Our Homes - Intro", then it would serve as a logical heading for what follows below. Maybe the homes should be indented slightly too:

- Astell
- Faithfull House
- St. Faith's
- Ralph Marx
