Opinions about MCSD

I am thinking about getting a certification of MCSD (Microsoft Certified Solution Development). Is it worthwhile to get it? Is it very popular now?

I have a master degree in MIS and do not have any background in computer science. I learned Access and VBA by myself.

I have my MCSE and found it to be a waste of time and money. I would think that MCSD would be the same thing. Get a book and learn it on your own it isn't that difficult, especially if you have programming experience.
