OPI-II issues

Hei all

We have a OPI-II with BC11-SP12.

I need to know if the below are possible with OPI-2, if yes, then help would be appreciated.

1. Ringback tone on calls from OPI-II to extensions. ( at the moment we get a blank when the operator is calling any extn. We need to have RBT on the console )
2. National/International calls locking for OPI-II. ( similar to authorization code in extn. We want to unlock the OPI-2 to make national/international calls and then lock it )
3. Ring for calls waiting in the queue on OPI-II. ( Can we have rings or audible indication for calls in queue on OPI-2 ).

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

after the posting of this message, I have sorted out the 1st and the 3rd issues. Pending is the 2nd. Locking facility.

Any ideas !!!
