OPI and RVA and Music

Hi,


I want get music on operator queue. Now I have installed a RVA, and the caller hear the menssage and waiting tone.

Can I change the waiting tone by music ?

I have read in ALEX that:

The MUSIC-ON-HOLD facility can be used in the following traffic cases:

Parked on INQUIRY.
Parked on CALL WAITING.
Parked on AUTOMATIC CALL-BACK.
Parked on CAMP-ON BUSY.
Parked by PABX operator.
Queued to internal group hunting group.
Queued to ACD group.


Can the Music be used in operator queue ?

Any idea about that ?


I have BC10 and OPI-II.

set aspac 116 to 7
set aspac 161 to 131

aspac 143 defines the TMU channel
chn1 = 61 (default)
chn2 = 62

But, I want to play the menssage 3. Then I need to set parnum 143 to value 3, don't I ?
