Is there a way to have an outside caller getting MOH after some rings i.e. when the operator is busy with an on-going call so that the caller doesn't wonder why nobody picks-up at the other end?

I have BC10 and OPI 1/DGF 220 01.

I have also a CD player connected to TMU which works fine.

Why not installed RVA. The caller will hear the message while waiting on the queue, then music afterwards.//patcher

just activate PABX operator queue message :

ASPAC:pARNUM=143,PARVAL=61; /* activate TMU output 1 as music for PABX operator*/
ASPAC:pARNUM=139,PARVAL=1; /* activate operator queue message */
ASPAC:pARNUM=161,PARVAL=131; /* false B-answer for Tie/public line + operator queue */
ASPAC:pARNUM=169,PARVAL=5; /* time in seconds before message */

that should do it,
greetings

I tried to change PARNUM 143 with that result:

ASPAC:pARNUM=143,PARVAL=61;

SURE? (YES/NO)

PARNUM
NOT CHANGEABLE

PARNUM 143 also doesn't show up on ASPAP.
Do I need a patch?

... And regarding RVA.
It seems that I have all program units for RVA present which I list below - but do I need also something else for RVA?

it seems that your application market has no provision for queue operator MoH. It isn't in the standard AS, this means you must ask your provider if they have the patches for queue operator MoH. This patch provides you can "Mix" rva message 61 with Moh output 1 (62 for output 2).

greetings,
